I have run around Ottawa, and the only remote luck I have had is one semi-ok dress at David's Bridal. Where does someone go to find a plus-sized dress? I'm looking for an 18 ideally (I'm pregnant), full length, not strapless - affordability is also a plus (budget around $200). Suggestions please!
