  I have an occasional need for a piece of glass. (I like to make picture frames.) I used to buy my glass at Johnson's hardware. They were really good at cutting it – although I used to accuse Buck of hiding in the bathroom whenever he saw me approaching with a picture frame! Does anybody know where I can buy glass now that Johnson's is history? Rick Harris, is this something that Walker does?

  Mid State Door & Window Co 1701 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN (615) 255-3667 - I take a framing class and I purchase all of my oversized glass at this place. Super nice people. Be sure to look at the photo or you will miss it the first time you go by. It is just past the Fairgrounds on the way into town. If you go sometime other than lunchtime, they'll cut it while you wait. Just need the frame.
