  Really upset. Been trying to get new rain tanks plus existing ones installed. Started beginning of May. Contacted a firm, heard all about their special...sent an e mail specifying exactly what I want...ask for a quote......get back an e mail with the special on again. Could not even get a site visit much less a quote. So onto firm 2 with a wonderful reputation. Site visit done reasonably quickly.....wait for the quote....nothing happens....phone.....Oh the person who dealt with me is on holiday. So my question is....do these firms really want work, or are they so overwhelmed they can't cope....in which case tell the client please....so....can anyone recommend someone or a firm who really wants this work

  We are also looking, may need to put new roof on. in the meantime, we found a guy for damp proofing on the roof, he had been really great. Also, I did not know but if you have house insurance with OUTsurance you get an hour free handyman (if that helps). The damp guy is Mark Hazelden - (072) 5170828.
