  Both my kids went to [Dr. Ed Kavanaugh](http://www.edkavanaughortho.com) (which is apparently the standard surname for KC-area orthodonists) at \~96 th St and N Oak. Reasonable and flexible, and both my kids really liked the staff and his chair-side manner.
