Hi,
My Name is Corlina and I'm the photographer behind the lens of Pieces of Heaven Photography
I can joyfully say, I have always had a special place in my heart for little children.
I will gravitate to babies & pregnant women
Pregnancy in itself makes me feel such an unexplainable joy,
I can't help compliment the beautiful women carrying these precious miracles of life
When I was 20, I had the opportunity to travel. The first destination was the Solomon Islands. I traveled to a remote island called Malaita, inland to a very small village , Dala.
There it was that I would find myself falling in love with little children & babies I had never known. I wanted to photograph every one of them, and I have these magical memories to cherish forever
I also so desperately wanted to help ease the stresses of life and poverty they face each day.
Since this first experience, I have been fortunate to travel many places, to meet many less fortunate & poverty stricken families
Seeing the things I have, hearing the stories of these people compel me to be the change in some way
I now have 2 beautiful little children myself. I have the honor of knowing the path women walk when carrying, birthing & living with these little miracles
