  Mike Milner Roofing. He's in Canoga Park and can be reached at 818-340-6482 I just had him do some preventive maintenance on a rental. He removed all leaves from gutters and Valleys, secured loose nails and I'm good to go. It feels great to do this annually as leaks can be caused by a buildup of leaves where two roof surfaces intersect. If the water hits the leaves wicking can occur and you may have a leak from this.

  I called Mike Milner due to Andrew Del Gatto referall. He came out within a couple of days and repaired 2 leaks at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend him as well but the number I have is; 818-340-6482 (PS Thanks for the referral Andrew)
