I think I remember how to do everything, but second guessing myself... besides, a little extra expertise never hurt anyone and I'd like to get it done quicker! Paying laborer's $$$ hr to throw shingles, if anyone knows someone looking to make a few bucks, more if we can get this done Saturday & Sunday, plus free beer! As of 3:00 P.M. today, it was official... Juana and I purchased our bigger home. Finally closed after a tedious 2 month process! Have a little work to do before moving in, but it's a huge 4 bedroom, 2 bath 2 car, pool home in a gorgeous upscale neighborhood! I intend to put a new roof on the house Saturday-Tuesday of next week, while Juana dismantles the interior for remodeling & packs up the other house.
