  Jennifer, I'm at work now and have more info to give you. Try the Pets R Us Vet Hospital from Palmdale. They have a spay/neuter mobile van. Not sure if they come to Tehachapi yet or not (we've been working on it). They charge $95 for dogs under 25 lbs. Max is $125 for large dogs. Their number is 661-272-1600.
