Hi and welcome to tutuillyscrumptious, we handmake tutu style dresses for all occasions
if you require a custom made outfit please message us with a design and we will do our best to portray what it is your after
Deposits
we require a deposit upon ordering any dress, we will not put any orders in the diary without this
deposits are non refundable as are any payments made on your orders if you are paying it off
payment plans
we do offer payment plans on all orders which upon ordering we will agree upon a plan what your comfortable with.... if you fall behind on payments by two weeks or more then the order will be cancelled and all monies paid will be lost, so please keep up to date with these or if you are having troubles message us and keep us updated we understand that issues can crop up unexpectedly x
Refunds
we do not issue any refunds on dresses made to order, we do not issue refunds if the sizing of your dress is incorrect to the information you have given us,
we make our dresses to a certain size chart and understand not every child will fit into their age precisely but this is an average size we go off, if you require us to make to measure this isn't a problem but please state measurements upon ordering
we will however issue a refund if the item is damaged in any way but we will require the garment to be returned to us s we can evaluate damages if we believe it to of been damaged deliberately then an refund will NOT be given and the dress returned to yourselves
postage
postage on al dresses varies on size
we send by royal mail and parcel force and postage reigns from 4.40 upto 12.00 depending on the dress ordered x
