  I go to Helen at Dana Nails, 818-783-7400. In the same lot as Office Depot at the corner of Ventura Blvd. and Hayvenhurst. She is very good. Also one block away is the Dry Bar, near the B of A, 818-661-2541.

  Dana Nails is one block away from the Dry Bar. Helen is very good and does gel as well.
