  Looking for an equine vet who specializes in physical rehabilitation and/or has a specific certification in equine physical therapy (know the later is quite rare). If anyone has any suggestions please comment below. Distance is not an issue, as can be consultative if need be due to my human rehabilitation background.

  I would recommend 3H Vet, located in New Hill. They provide excellent care as well as a rehabilitation program tailored to your horse's needs. Additionally, the facilities feature a European hot walker, a treadmill, and a vibration plate with a solarium installed above it.   Dr. Elaine Means at 3H is excellent! Dentistry is one of her specialties. I live south of Southern Pines and she’s been travelling down here to do our dental work for years. I have two mini-donks, an old retired TB with special dental needs, and my dressage horse. She’s equally good with all of them and their specific issues. The office number is 919-363-1686.
