  I asked this question a couple of months ago on this forum, and went with one of the suggested - Dr. Terry Declue (813) 554-8420. I think he has more than one office, we saw him at St. Joe's. He seemed thorough, talked to both my child and me, and gave me a very direct plan of action (although not comprehensive). I would go back.
