  Hey HB! I need some advice or a recommendation. My car needs a new water pump and a new set of breaks. The first (specialty) shop I got a quote from is what I assume is quite expensive. Not that I'll ever find "cheap" repairs- I don't want that, I'm just curious about other shops. Can anyone recommend me a quality and affordable garage around here? Or if anyone themselves knows what they're doing. Unfortunately for me the car is a little older, but runs pretty well despite being a 99 with 220k. It's probably equally as worth it to try and sell it + take my tax return to get something else. Not sure. If anyone has any advice or recommendations at all- I'm open to them! Thank you.

My car only goes 20 miles an hour and I do not want to risk stalling and I do not want to have my car towed to just anywhere, especially the dealer. I have a 2013 Chrysler 200 and the ABS light as well as the Electronic Throttle Control light started blinking non-stop. My car went from 50 mph to 20 mph in an instant. I managed to get it home, but I do not want to take it back out. Really scary. Any suggestions? Thank you!
