Admittedly, I only go there for nail dremels (nail trims are always free and don't require an appointment, but since that's the only service I use them for, I ask for the $5 dremel), but I have several friends who go there for grooming. As far as I can tell from looking at their dogs, they do a great job. The staff is super nice and so patient with my dogs when they get their nails done. The Google reviews are all also extremely good.

She is 14, has canine cognitive disorder (dementia), and she has started biting me when I try to get near her with scissors. As of the last 6 months, my lifetime indoor dog has preferred to be outside wandering our yard (and once our neighborhood -- thanks for returning her, neighbor!), and due to the texture of her fur she picks up stickers from the grass. I need somebody who is patient and caring and can shave her down without hurting her while they are likely getting bit.
