  Hannah is great for animals and things, she used to be based in Oxford but is now in Bristol (I think) but it might be worth speaking to her http://www.hannahcalavera.co.uk/ other than that Heaven and hell are good http://www.heavenandhelltattoo.co.uk/ and Curly at Lionel's is great, but possibly a bit tribal style for you. I would recommend looking at artists you like the style of and going with that, especially if you have a particular idea in mind.

  Jordan heard great things about black rabbit too, his work looks pretty amazing from the pics I've seen. If not I used Hannah Calavera she's in Oxford, I would highly recommend her she's amazing
