  frown emoticon Bummer! I had a great experience with Smart Choice ( http://www.smartchoiceappliance.com/default.html ). They are very highly rated, and when I explained to them (over the phone) the problem I was experiencing (with both my dishwasher and my fridge), they took the time to explain what was likely happening and walked me through resolving it. Granted, it was much less involved than the oven issue I am sure-- I was just impressed at how helpful they were and that they didn't want to charge me for a visit if it wasn't really necessary.
