We're spending two days in Boulder, two days in Vail, one in Colorado Springs and one in Denver. We tend to plan our trips around food, and have some things planned already, but we're looking for some suggestions for: Boulder Vail Colorado Springs We like contemporary American, Italian and Vietnamese mostly (but will try most everything), with an emphasis on places that are a bit more upscale without being *too* fancy.
