The above comments are correct, COMPLETELY illegal to take waste without a licence. 1 of 2 things will happen.. either fly-tipped or taken to middlefields on a personal pass. Both are illegal and can land you with a fine in the £1000 s. Thats you AND the van man, unfortunately. Waste is a tricky business, avoid unlicensed vans. They'll fill you with bullsh*t about why the licence isnt needed. If you do use them, get a receipt, a company name and the licence plate of the van, just to keep yourself safe.
