  Katherine Scofield , you might try Heidi at RedX. She lives here in our hood and the salon is on Pike, near the Northwest School. She cut and colored my hair (first time with color- I could tell it was perfect because no one noticed I'd just covered my grays!" and a bunch of our neighbors go to her as well.
