  I have had a pain on my left tooth for over a year. So, my dentist finally sends me for a root canal. When I get to the endodontist, he tells me that the problem with that tooth doesn't require a root canal, but I do need one on a tooth on the right side. After getting this work done, my dentist's wife/office manager calls to schedule the crown for the LEFT tooth. I explain what happened and she starts arguing that it was the LEFT tooth. Finally, I said that I knew my left from my right and what side of my face hurts! So, my question is... After all that, I have lost faith in this office and want a new dentist to do the crown. Can I do that? Any good referrals for NYS employee GHI insurance?

  I went to to http://www.rootcanalexperts.com/ in Saratoga. Really great experience. As far as insurance goes, I had to pay out of pocket but they submitted to my insurance carrier quickly and made it no hassle. They were professional and compassionate. The office staff was highly competent as well.
