Bowen Therapy is an gentle but effective method of bodywork which encourages the body to repair and rebalance. The technique can target a specific problem or address the body as a whole. Bowen Therapy may help improve circulation and lymphatic draining and improve the elimination of toxins.
Bowen Therapy is able to successfully address many common health problems and works well both in conjunction with Western Medicine as well as Complementary Therapies. It is powerful enough to be used to treat Sporting Injuries, and gentle enough to be used on newborns, frail and elderly clients and is safe for pregnant women.
Bowen Therapy can provide relief of pain and symptoms such as migraines, neck restrictions, sciatica and back pain, hip imbalance, knee and ankle injuries, frozen shoulder, TMJ dysfunction, RSI, Carpel Tunnel Syndrome and much more.
Trained in the original Bowtech Method, Bowen Therapist Natalie Stanicic is passionate in her desire to see an improvement in the lives of sufferers of Chronic Pain. With extensive experience as a Registered Nurse and Midwife, Natalie has a deep understanding of many chronic and debilitating conditions and works to ensure a safe and effective treatment is provided.
