If I could select zero stars I would. to start if you care about your child's well being this is not the place for them. my one year old son was subject to the gross negligence of this facility for almost one day before i removed him. To start I entered the facility which is a dingy hole of a house after entering the door there was not an adult in sight with six children in the living area. After a minute or so I finally made contact with an adult. At this point I'm thinking to myself hope a child abductor doesn't walk through the door, because these people wouldn't even notice. after working an 8 hour shift i arrive to pick up my son, walk through the door and no one even says anything apparently these people think its ok to just let strange people walk into their facility without even finding out who they are. I then find out that they allowed the same child to bite my son not once but twice, and the child that did the biting apparently bites kids all the time, including infants, and they proceeded to tell me its a normal thing like I'm some sort of idiot. my wife has worked in the child care for ten years and a known biter is removed from the facility after three strikes however these people don't seem to value the idea of child safety. On top of it all i pick up my son and he is not only wearing the same clothes i dropped him off in but his shirt is covered in vomit from them feeding him chocolate all day. there were six outfits in his bag that i packed and they couldn't even change his puke covered shirt. I am amazed that these people consider themselves childcare providers due to the fact that care is apparently not in their vocabulary, it scares me thinking that other children are at this facility i would not trust these people to take care of their own children much less anyone else's.
