  Pat kelly. 570-347-3114. He's great - he gets you in right away and has you walk through the house with him while he's inspecting it so that you can ask questions and know how thorough he was...if he finds a problem he explains what's wrong, how much it costs to repair, likelihood for it to happen again. He inspected my house and I can't say enough about him.
