  If anyone has suggestions for a locally owned pest control company, I would sure like to hear about them. We have used Terminex for years. We were pleased with the Grenada office. About two years ago, they company went to an automated system, that is handled who knows where. You can never get reliable information, correct dates for service, etc. Customer service on the 1-800 number is worthless no matter how many times you call. Don't use them. I hate it for the people who are local who work for them, but they are getting like any other company that does not have local people!
