  When we sold our house, we paid to have the carpets cleaned for the new owners. We used Tom Flynn of Flynn's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners, (661)822-3704. He only charged us $225 for a home that was over 2,300 square feet. (4 beds, 2 large living rooms, 2 hallways carpeted.) Great guy, very personable. His wife has a thick accent on the phone and does all the scheduling. When he was done, the carpet looked like it was brand new, yet it was 10 year old carpet. I highly recommend him!
