I have been very patient and calling for over a month. He was so rude! Said he doesn't know what to tell me and for me to take him to small claims court. Doesn't even care about my 20 year old shoes and will not replace them. So disappointed. Even had the audacity to tell me he would not tell me his last name. I should have known when he didn't give me a receipt or a ticket for my shoes. Business card says hes been in business since 1967. How do you not have a process for missing items?
