  I would like to get your opinions on drought tolerant landscaping. If we convert all but the common area, we could potentially save 12,000.00 or more on our water bill per year. We have pipes leaking all over, and maintenance has been deferred far too long. What sort of plantings would be best? Easily maintained? Attractive? We would like to have as many suggestions as possible. Feedback on this is important for us as a community. We can transform this community into an efficient user of resources, and it will take all of us to do it. Thanks
