They know the market better than anybody, and also know how to get a deal done, which is greatly appreciated. In addition, when we were selling our house, I actually interviewed several other brokers just to convince myself that Kent and Nancy were still the best choice. Despite being friends by this point, they were eager to get the job, worked hard to demonstrate their value-add, and most important, showed the best and deepest knowledge about the local market. I highly recommend Kent and Nancy.
