  Mary's Shiastu in Scottsdale I believe does them. I know I have seen certifications on their walls but I don't know they advertise it. But give them a call. Reasonable prices and their massage/reflexology work is OFFICIAL so if they do prenatal I would assume that is also good. 480-778-8900
