  Suggestions for orthopedic surgeon. My leg where I have the transplant just healed up 3 weeks ago. Today it started up again with a terrible infection. My family doc wants me to go back to the surgeon. Last surgeon visit said i wouldnt like the options. He said the only option was to amputate it above the knee. It took a long time to heal, but I still have it. Not a good option.
