All our furbabies are indoor only but whilst we are experiencing some warm weather it would be nice to be able to have back door open to garden so they can enjoy some sunshine and fresh air but where they still can't get actually out. I don't want to put in a cage but was thinking of building a mesh door frame to either hinge to outside of door frame or one can hook on and off. Any ideas or tips on where to buy.. if you can, or how to build? Searched internet but just get those flimsy mesh material frames which as we know... One scratch and its torn open lol. Xx

  Can anyone HELLLP/ADVISE please ........ my sister has 2 cats left now (both she took in as strays) the 3rd cat she found dead in the road, she had been hit by a car. She lives in a ground floor flat, which has a communal back garden - she tries her best to keep them both in, but 1 does like to go out, and once she's out, is a minx to get in ! She is frightened to death of any of them being hit by a car again ...... so she has an idea of having a wooden framed, wire mesh thing made where the tops bend in so that they can't climb out of, as she wants them to still enjoy the fresh air etc, etc ..... Question is - does anyone know of anyone who could make something like described for my sister and her 2 cats ??? Would be very grateful for any help, thanks.

  I went a slightly different way and got the garden walls cat proofed so they can go out in the normal garden but can't get beyond my garden. The company I used was protectapuss.co.uk. It cost a bit but it's been great.

  OK GUYS - i want to cat proof my garden. Now i have decent fences i feel i can do this more easily - and i know one of my neighbours will be particularly pleased!! DOES ANYONE KNOW or can anyone recommend me someone/a company who does this or is anyone clever enough to do this for me - willing to pay going rate!
