Hip hip hooray for physiotherapists! I can't believe that my increasingly painful arm / shoulder / chest were down to posture. Sitting in a bad position over an iPad / laptop has sent my chin down and forward. Plus I need to find a good chair! (Victorian lady time). One chin exercise x 10, done twice enabled me to move my arms all the way up and sideways without pain. How's that? Amazing!
