  Affinity Dental is on rittenhouse and ocotillo they take payment plans. And also if you pay $75 you get discounts throughout the year it's a one time fee. I was being charged 900$ for removing all 4 wisdom teeth. 2 by surgery and 2 extractions. 480-882-2300 you can go in and get a free quote good luck!
