  We would love to help! We have very detailed three to four hour inspections with an extensive report and competitive prices. Check us out! The thing to be careful of is that some inspectors will rush through the inspection and do it in an hour and a half. You want to make sure you get an inspector that will take their time. It should take about 3 to 4 hours depending on the size of the home. There can be a huge difference in price. I have seen $200 to $300 price difference because some people will nickel-and-dime on the back end with age fees and zip code fees etc. Just a few tips when you're calling around.
