Hi! New to Donelson. Looking for recommendations on a gym or fitness center. Also wouldn't mind a workout buddy if anyone is interested. I've been working in an office too long and need to get back into shape!

What do you want in the gym - classes, various focus, 24 hour? What you enjoy or respond to most will determine, there are a a few great gyms around. I looked at a few so feel free to pm and ask. Again it depends on you but I chose Crossfit Hermitag e. It's great coaching and a supportive and positive community. I don't know about all Crossfits but this one is worth checking out if you're interested. They have a 101 class coming up that teaches technique and also gives you a chance to check it out. http://www.crossfithermitage.com
Iso of a personal trainer in the hermitage area. That's affordable. Thanks

Can anyone recommend a good gym? I really need to get my army body back
Brandi F. replied:
Brandie - it's a strength and conditioning program. Check out www.CrossFit.com or www.CrossFitHermitage.com...or better yet, swing by and watch a class!

Come see us at CrossFit Hermitage on Central Pike. We're the one & only CrossFit affiliate in the area...and we're happy to help get that army body back!
Does anyone have any experience with Urban Active? I'm thinking of joining a gym (again) and that one is the closest. Are there any other close gyms that you recommend (other than the YMCA - too expensive)? Any with good group classes? Thanks!
