  Gary A. wrote: These people are a consumers nightmare, they do not apply new felt paper, their idea of fixing bad wood is covering it with a thin piece of alluminum, they reuse vent covers, they paint them to make them look new, all while you're paying for new material that is never applied...I used to work for them and seen it first hand...they are creeps...I've turned them in to the Better Business Bureau so they won't be in business long anyway...stay away from these crooks...
