  Kristina R. wrote: Wonderful service and very personable! Came over on short notice and fixed our washer. Derrick explained and showed us what the problem was and had the washer going in no time and at a minimal charge! He even noticed the knob was missing on the washer and offered one for free! It feels great to know we called the RIGHT person!!!
