  There is a guy called Joseph Clough online. He gives free hypnosis downloads & he also does live feeds where you can ask him questions. He really has helped me a lot & he has a huge selection of FREE hypnosis downloads. He's based in USA but is very easily accessible & he can even do downloads specific to your problems& you can speak to him via periscope, Facebook or Twitter.   If you have a smart phone, there are apps you can download that give some for free but you can buy other tracks. I use them all the time. Especially some nights I struggle to sleep i use a deep relaxation one. My favourite guy is Joseph Clough, he's ex cellent. The tracks are very cheap only about $3 each. http://josephclough.com/ that's his website i think if you open it on your phone it'll come up with the app download at the top. Enjoy!
