  http://massageexchange.com is a site where guys can trade massages, and you can specify the type of massage, the gender of the person you want to trade with, etc. The only problem is that it's a pain in the ass to use unless you pay for it, but I have a free account and have traded a couple of times. (Both times with a happy ending, but not required)
