  There is the wonderful Dr. Lauren Clum Phillips in Oakland at http://www.theoaklandchiropractor.com/ Life Chiropractic College West is also in Hayward - where there are budding chiropractors galore!! Neither of these are inner city of San Fran... however both places are amazing. xxxx
