I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance for Huffman to conduct a very basic service (re-opening my irrigation system). The day of the appointment, I waited for their arrival (and took off from work for this specific appointment) and they did not show up nor did they even bother to call me to inform me they were not arriving. I reached out to Huffman (and left a voicemail), and instead of having the courtesy to call me back to apologize for missing the appointment, Huffman sent a text instead stating they were delayed due to roadwork. I found this to be completely unprofessional and dishonest (instead of being up front about forgetting the appointment, Huffman should have simply been honest and apologized for the oversight). Huffman also stated that they would be back in touch later in the day but I never heard from them again. I will definitely be sharing my experience with all of my family, friends and neighbors to ensure that they do not use his services in hopes to avoid the same unprofessionalism which I experienced. In reading other online feedback about Huffman, I see that other people have experienced similar interactions wtih them. So again, I highly recommend that you do not use their services. Dr. Purdy
