  The best way to find a Mental Health provider in this area that accepts Medicaid is to call Smoky Mountain Center 1-800-849-6127. They can do a quick assessment over the phone and refer you to the right agency for you. Some agencies offer different pro grams some see children others have SA IIH. But they can guide you to the best agency. Also because they are over all Mental Health in this area they follow up to make sure people are properly served and the referral is processed. They will also look at whether they need med management who has physicians available who sees what ages. Hope that helps.
