Thompson Creek Animal Hospital- my first opportunity to do veterinary medicine my way.
One doctor, period- continuity. Baby boomer from Indiana- hard-working and down-to-earth. Weaned on James Herriot novels- deeply concerned for the well-being of client and patient alike.
Five employees with a total of over 40 years experience….. at my office- familiar voices and faces.
Extensively remodeled, comfortable and quaint office, with a large working fireplace- warm and inviting.
High tech? No. High dollar? Not really. Knowledgeable? Yes. Capable? Absolutely. Caring? You be the judge.

Does anyone know of a good vet in Forsyth besides Dr. Orr since she's not a current patient of his that won't charge me an arm and a leg to help me save my baby? I'm sure they will need to do a lot of testing. She's just not herself. She's been losing weight too. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. We like the care and service, but we took him there this AM because his stomach has been upset for a few days and we paid almost $450! They did a blood test, gave fluid, and anti nausea meds. We said no to the X rays which would have raised the price another $200.
