  Hello Neighbors, I'm looking for a web/graphic designer to hire on retainer for a business I manage. I though it would be nice to offer the position to somebody from the neighborhood before I post on Craigslist. I'm in search of a RELIABLE, long-term web designer who also has a knack for graphic design (one of our major needs is promotional print material).
