  I'm not sure what the owners name is but I don't think it's the same person....not sure though. B&B is in the plaza on the blvd where Kate & Ally's is at. Her number is 5736594474 if she's still open. Last time I was there was about 18 months ago when she had to alter my dress for my brother's wedding last minute since I had literally just had Kolby. I'm thinking it was maybe $20 or less for my alterations.
