  I worked in real estate for four years and we used 2Patriots Property Inspection, Inc. And yes, the inspector works for the BUYER, so you want someone with a good reputation. I rent, but if I was going to buy, I'd call Bill and Diana Poole. I closed a lot of deals that they had inspected. And I trust them! www.2 patriots.com
