Just fired our dental office of many years because the front staff get ruder and ruder and they apparently don't have time for us in their schedule for a 'long time' so they'll 'get back to us when they do' righhhhtt like I am going to give business to someone like that! Pity because our direct dentist there is awesome and so was her hygenist! *sigh* (must be on bus route and easy to get to)
