  Srihari M. wrote: Very unprofessional. Arranged Grant for a new home inspection. We arranged to have the door opened for him before moving in. He backed off in the last minute saying he doesn't do inspection when the builder is there. He kept cutting the phone off and never responded. Rude...unreliable.
