  Beware people offering a cure - the problem might be ventilation, condensation or stuff piled up outside - check ground levels, and ask lots of questions. If you do have to go for it, our house came with a guarantee from Maljon in Ipswich - they came back and did some remedial work 23 years into the guarantee ! http://www.maljon.co.uk/
