  A questions from a mom: "I am looking for a good psychologist in the west island that deals with depression. I would need someone who can prescribe medication if necessary since I feel this might be a chemical imbalance. Thanks for your help!"

  Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I'm a psychologist on the West Island, but I only work with children. However, I would highly recommend my colleague/co-worker, Dr. Lora Moller, who is a clinical psychologist and would be able to help you. Our offices are located in the office building beside the Holiday Inn in Pointe-Claire. You can reach her at 514-426-8426. I also want to clarify that psychologists are not medical doctors and cannot, therefore, prescribe medication. Dr. Moller can communicate with your family doctor, who can provide the prescription, if need be. I hope this helps…

  Dr. Lora Moller 514-426-8426. She is a colleague, and we work together in the building beside the Holiday Inn (I also work with children, but conducting psychoeducational assessments for learning disorders, ADHD, etc).

  I am a child psychologist on the West Island, but I limit my practice to specializing in psychoeducational assessments. I refer my clients for follow-up treatment to Dr. Lora Moller at 514-426-8426 (office in Kirkland).
